It is important you understand your accommodations are located in apartment home communities and unlike hotels there are no check-in desks or receptionist at the time of your arrival, be sure to follow your check in instructions and your arrival should be an easy transition.

The apartment complex provides a leasing office, the on-site staff will be happy to help you with any questions you may have concerning the property, (apartment location, amenities, parking and general apartment information), they are not associated or work for AR National Short Term Housing and will not be able to answer any questions regarding your lease.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT!
    *Check in time is 4:00pm

At the time of your arrival approach the call box on the left by the front entrance gate and press the temporary code (pound 1999) and the gate on the right side will open. You will not need to go into the leasing office. Once the gate opens park in front of your building in general parking in any uncovered space momentarily.

You will see the number of the building posted on the wall by the glass doors.

The first digit in your apartment assignment will be the indicator of what building you will be living in.

Example: 1-234. One is the building number.
Building 1: Labeled 3564
Building 2: Labeled 3562
Building 3: Labeled 3560
Building 4: Labeled 3556

The second digit is the floor that the apartment is on. Example: 1-234 is located on the 2nd floor.
The final three digits is the actual unit number.
Example: 1-234 This number will be posted on the door.

At the front glass door entrance to your building you will find another call box, press the temporary code (pound 1999) on the call box and the box will say "OPEN." Pull the door towards you.

You can then take the elevator to your floor. The front door of the apartment will be unlocked and the keys, parking
permit and gate access device will be located on the kitchen counter.
Once you have your decal and fob you can move your car into your assigned parking space located under the building in the garage.

You assigned parking space will be written on the hang tag. Do not forget to take your electronic access device since this is the only way to get back in the building from the parking garage.

You will use this device to access the amenities and to get in and out of the community gates.

After Hour Check In:
If you plan on arriving after 6:00 pm please let our office know ahead of time to ensure an on call agent is aware. The procedures for late night check in is the same as steps listed above.

Note:

**Items such as Cleaning Supplies, Laundry Supplies and Bath Soaps and Shampoos are not Included Upon Arrival. If Desired, please advise and we can provide a welcome package for a cost of 100.00**

It is important you vacate the apartment by 11:
AM on the day of your departure since we may have new tenants schedule to check-in on the same day.

Below are the vacating procedures, should you have any questions do not hesitate to call.

Also if for some reason things have changed with your plans and you will need to extend your stay please let us know right away so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Vacating Procedures
1- Check out time is 11: AM on if you need a late check out time please contact our office ahead of time (770-614-2121) so we can make necessary arrangements.

2- Remove all your trash and personal items from the unit

3- Remove food from the refrigerator / pantry and dispose of it.
(You can leave any un-opened items for the maid service)

4- Run the dishwasher (you don’t have to unload the dishes)

5- Wash all the sheets and towels and leave folded on dryer, do not remake the bed

6- Place furniture and decor back to the same place if you moved anything
7- Clean the oven or start the self-clean on the oven before you vacate

**********KEY RETURN POLICY************

Leave the keys, parking permits and electronic devices on the kitchen counter and leave the apartment
unlocked. We will send someone in after you vacate to lock the unit and pick up the keys.

Replacement cost for not leaving the following items in your apartment on the day you vacate the unit:

1- Apartment keys …… $50.00 per set
2- Parking Decal …… $75.00 (if applicable)
3- Garage remote control ….. $100.00 (if applicable)
4- Electronic entrance device ….. $50.00 each
